Indira Rao MBE, an alumna of our derivatives practice, is Counsel for EU and International Law in the House of Commons. Prior to that, she was a government lawyer, with experience in departments including HM Treasury and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. During this time she has also been awarded an MBE for services to British foreign policy and co-written a book, Retained EU Law: A practical guide.
