After a break over the summer, our Webinar Series on the UPC returns. There have been some developments over the summer, most notably, the nominations for the UPC judges have been made – although not published yet – and the Rules of Procedure are now final.

We will spend the next session in our Webinar Series with looking at the most relevant recent events and selected topics of litigating before the UPC.
