On 16 December 2020, the CSSF press release 2020/12 was published to inform the fund managers of (i) Luxembourg domiciled undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (“UCITS”) and (ii) alternative investment funds (“AIFs”) (hereinafter referred to as “IFMs”) of the creation of a CSSF fast track procedure to facilitate the submission and approval of the prospectus/issuing document updates regarding the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”).
