The latest version of our financial legislation tracker is now available. The updates include (i) the approval by the Council of Ministers of the draft law containing financial provisions on the prevention of fraud, (ii) the advice of Council of State concerning the draft law introducing changes to the insolvency law, (iii) the agreement with Febelfin on the extension of the payment moratorium until end of June 2021, (iv) the approval in Chamber Commission of the draft law introducing a Tax on Securities Accounts and (v) expected legislation for 2021.
