Update: Changes to German patent litigation coming soon

As previously reported, Germany has been preparing a reform of the Patent Act for some time now. The German parliament (Bundestag) has now passed a reform bill that will introduce these changes. The reform is expected to change the way injunctions for patent infringement are granted in Germany.
