Expiry of Brexit temporary transitional relief - a few practical points

Standstill relief in place following the end of the Brexit transition period under the regulators’ temporary transitional powers (TTP), and some other specific transitional reliefs, generally expires on 31 March 2022.

These temporary transitional provisions were intended to avoid a Brexit regulatory cliff edge and assist UK market participants in adjusting to the post-Brexit regulatory regime. Where applicable, they have been able to continue to follow the rules in place immediately prior to the end of the Brexit transition period.
