UK - ISDA 2020 IBOR Fallbacks Protocol and IBOR Fallbacks Supplement

ISDA has been leading industry efforts to identify suitable triggers and fallbacks for derivative transactions and has just launched the ISDA 2020 IBOR Fallbacks Protocol (the “IBOR Fallbacks Protocol”) and the IBOR Fallbacks Supplement to the 2006 ISDA Definitions (the “IBOR Fallbacks Supplement”).
