Financial Collateral Directive under review - changes ahead for financial collateral arrangements?

The Commission has launched a targeted consultation on the review of the Financial Collateral Directive (FCD) which seeks input on many key aspects of the FCD. Given the importance of financial collateral arrangements to a wide range of transactions, the consultation will be of interest to many financial markets participants and we expect a number of industry groups and trade associations to submit responses.
