The Corporate Governance Code 2024: remuneration provisions

The Financial Reporting Council have published the new UK Corporate Governance Code, which includes most of the remuneration changes proposed last year. This briefing considers those changes including on malus and clawback and improving the quality of remuneration-related disclosure, and what companies should do to prepare to 'comply or explain' in relation to the new Code.
