UK MiFID: FCA confirms final rules on new payment option for investment research

The FCA has finalised its rules on the new option to pay for investment research and execution services on a bundled basis. The rules, published on 26 July 2024 in the FCA’s policy statement (PS24/9), form part of a broader package of wholesale market reform which the FCA hopes will continue to strengthen the UK’s position in global wholesale markets.
