ISS’s proposed benchmark policy changes for 2025: board pay

Hot on the heels of Glass Lewis’s updated guidelines, ISS have launched a consultation on proposed changes to their global benchmark policies for 2025. The consultation closes on 2 December . ISS expect to announce policy updates in mid-December, and updated policies will apply for general meetings from 1 February 2025. 
This briefing considers the proposed board pay changes to the UK policy, which the ISS say are to acknowledge the updates to the Investment Association's Principles of Remuneration.
