FRC sets out expectations for 2024/5 annual reports and accounts

The Financial Reporting Council's annual review of corporate reporting 2023/24 sets out findings from its monitoring of UK companies' annual report and accounts and its expectations for the coming reporting season. This report is based on reviews of over 243 companies, 60% of which were outside the FTSE 350, including AIM-quoted companies and large private companies.
